Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples, an American singer and actress. Her most acclaim was for her role as Layla Grant in the drama series Nashville (2012) and Claudia Shepard in Sharknado (2013). She also played the character of Jerrica Jem in the movie Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary, Florida by her mother and father Wendy and Ashley. She has a younger sister Ally. Aubrey was an actor with Orlando Repertory Theatre during her early years. Aubrey graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was valedictory speakers for the class of 2012. Harvard University had accepted her. They had agreed to her admission two times in order for her to play the part of Nashville. Peeples was a guest on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and also had a recurring role in Necessary Roughness (1991). Peeples was a regular on television movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective and The Good Mother. The Good Mother was her character. Layla Grant, a major role in The Good Mother, a Nashville second season of the drama. Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder in an interview for NKD Magazine. Indiewire has ranked Peeples as the highest on its list of top actors under the age of twenty-one in September 2014.
